   Starting from September 1, 2007 the name of Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG Tallinn Branch has changed to AS UniCredit Bank Estonian Branch, continuing the integration in one of the biggest banking groups in Europe – UniCredit Group. Thanks to its active operation in 22 countries with more than 9,800  branches, the UniCredit Group ranks among 10 leading European financial groups. 

   AS UniCredit Bank Estonian Branch started its business in Estonia as Vereins- und Westbank AG Representative Office for Estonia established in October 2001. In August 2004 Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG Tallinn Branch, which main activity has been the financing of international and Estonian corporate clients, opened its doors. With decision to create a Pan-Baltic bank with branches in all 3 countries, the Bank will be faced with dynamic changes also in the future. Keeping the main focus on corporate customers, AS UniCredit Bank Estonian Branch is a good partner of Estonian companies. Our main aim is to offer personal and flexible solutions, according to financial needs of each customer. We are also planning to start offering leasing services.
