AS UniCredit Bank Estonian Branch started its business in Estonia as Vereins- und Westbank AG Representative Office for Estonia established in October 2001. In August 2004 Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG Tallinn Branch, which main activity has been the financing of international and Estonian corporate clients, opened its doors. With decision to create a Pan-Baltic bank with branches in all 3 countries, the Bank will be faced with dynamic changes also in the future.
