UniCredit Bank will start the payment of guaranteed compensations to the corporate clients of the AS bankas SNORAS Latvian branch on 19 December 2011

UniCredit Bank will start the payment of guaranteed compensations to the corporate clients of the AS bankas SNORAS Latvian branch on 19 December 2011.
 
Disbursement of guaranteed compensations for corporate clients of the AS bankas SNORAS Latvian branch will start on 19 December 2011 through AS UniCredit Bank. The guaranteed compensations will be paid in Latvian Lats. Reimbursement of guaranteed compensations will be executed under the Lithuanian Law on bank deposits according to the information available in the accounting records of the AS bankas SNORAS Latvian branch as of the date of unavailability.
 
Order of the guaranteed compensations:
  1. The Deposit Holders have to come personally to the Customer Service Unit of AS UniCredit Bank, located at Elizabetes Street 63, Riga, at the previously agreed time.
  1. AS “UniCredit Bank” offers following possibilities of the preliminary application:
§         by filling the Application form, placed on the home page of AS UniCredit Bank http://www.unicreditbank.lv and sending it to email:serviss@unicreditgroup.lv or fax No.: (+371) 67 08 55 57; or calling by Phone No.: (+371) 67 08 55 69.
  1. Applications should contain the following information: planned day and time of visit, name of the enterprise, registration No., contact phone number, payment type for guaranteed compensations: by cash or by bank transfer to the account of Deposit Holder in the AS UniCredit Bank or another credit institution in Latvia.
  1. The Deposit Holders who are already the clients of AS UniCredit Bank can send their instructions on the payment of guaranteed compensations via Internetbank, indicating the bank account of the enterprise in AS UniCredit Bank, or another credit institution in Latvia, where to make the transaction.
  1. The Deposit Holders – LR residents before obtaining the guaranteed compensations have to present the originals or the notarized copies of the following documents:
§         Valid passport or other identification document valid for immigration to the place of identification for each person representing the Deposit Holder;
§         Decision or a registered confirmation from the Enterprise Register providing information on signatory rights issued not earlier than 14 calendar days before the date of application on the reimbursement of the guaranteed compensations;
§         Valid and notarized Power of Attorney concerning natural persons authorized to represent the Deposit Holder if the authorized persons are not management board members.
  1. The Deposit Holders – LR non-residents, before receiving the guaranteed compensations have to present the originals, or the notarized copies of the following documents:
§         Valid passport or other identification document valid for immigration to the place of identification for each person representing the Deposit Holder;
§         Decision or a registered confirmation from the Enterprise Register providing information on signatory rights issued not earlier than 30 calendar days before the date of application on the reimbursement of the guaranteed compensations;
§         Valid and notarized Power of Attorney concerning natural persons authorized to represent the Deposit Holder if the authorized persons are not management board members.
 
AS UniCredit Bank is entitled to request the Deposit Holders to provide the additional documents, which affirm the rights of the Deposit Holders to receive the guaranteed compensation.
 
 Under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania the right of Deposit Holders to receive the guaranteed compensations remains in place for five years.
